Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at V2O Sports. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.


Simple Policy Summary:

1. Full refund or replacement is available for damaged glasses or incorrect prescription/lenses within 14 days of receipt.

2. Due to bespoke manufacturing requirements of all lenses (prescription or non prescription), no full refunds are available for other reasons. Partial refunds may be negotiated by exception for genuine fault on the side of the supplier.

3. Glasses are estimated to be delivered within 10-15 working days, but can occasionally take up to 1 month. Partial refunds are available if time from order to receipt exceeds 1 month.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to V2O Sports.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to V2O Sports, accessible from https://www.V2Osports.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Due to the bespoke nature of our product, a full refund or replacement is only available under the following conditions:

1. If the glasses are damaged upon arrival.

2. If the prescription or lenses are incorrect.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the glasses, as tracked by our shipping partner. After this period, we accept no liability for any issues with the glasses. To claim a refund or replacement, return the glasses to us, or provide evidence of the fault if previously agreed upon.

For all other circumstances, given the bespoke nature of the lenses, we cannot offer a refund.


Delivery Timeline and Refunds

We aim to deliver your glasses within 10-15 working days from the date of your order. Due to the lead times of our premium lens supplier, some deliveries can take up to 1 month. If we fail to dispatch your order within one month, we offer a small percentage refund upon request.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- Glasses should be returned within 14 days of receipt.

- Glasses must be in their original packaging and condition.

Goods NOT eligible for return:

- Any glasses that are not damaged or incorrect.


Returning Goods

You bear the costs and risks for returning Goods. Send returns to:

For lost or damaged returns, we recommend insured, trackable mail. We can't process refunds without the Goods or proof of delivery.
